La Hiena
Rita Hernández is a beautiful, sophisticated woman and the widow of the son of a wealthy businessman, Don Abelardo Solís. Living with Don Abelardo is his adopted daughter, Isabel, who distrusts Rita. Don Abelardo also has another son, Emilio, from a relationship with the housekeeper, Soledad Martínez. Don Abelardo intends to leave his inheritance to Emilio—who is dating Isabel—but Rita, realizing that being cut out of the will would mean losing all rights to the money and business interests, plots her father-in-law's murder. She gathers four accomplices—Jacqueline, Marcial, Raúl, and Germán—and they draw lots to decide who will carry out the sinister deed, keeping the chosen person's identity a secret. Everything unfolds according to Rita's plan, and her next step is to frame Emilio for his father's death, thereby gaining free rein to manage the fortune and business as she pleases.
