Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Play Movy, operated by Play Movy. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Play Movy.

1. The service

Play Movy is a free service for discovering films and series: browsing titles, watching trailers, seeing where titles are available, and watching public-domain and Creative Commons films. It does not host, upload or store video files; see the Disclaimer. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Some titles are intended for adults; use the maturity ratings shown and, where available, a kids profile.

3. Accounts

If accounts are enabled, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at midnightclipsofficial@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Play Movy in a way that breaks any law, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• download, record, redistribute or re-host media you don't have the right to;
• scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or bypass rate limits or access controls;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or introduce malware;
• impersonate anyone, or submit false or misleading copyright notices.

5. Third-party content and services

Play Movy shows information and embeds from third parties, including TMDB, JustWatch, YouTube and external video players. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, advertising or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Play Movy name, logo and site design belong to Play Movy. Film and series titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Public-domain and Creative Commons films are used under their licences, shown on each film.

7. Copyright complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under our DMCA & Copyright policy and remove material that is the subject of a valid notice.

8. Disclaimers

Play Movy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Play Movy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Play Movy or third-party services reached through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Play Movy at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms, including repeat copyright infringers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll make it noticeable on the site. Continuing to use Play Movy after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived.
