Series 1 Episode 1Returning home from work, Paul must face a cranky baby and an equally cranky Sarah, who fears that they have not been communicating effectively ever since the birth of their baby. Next door, the subjects of Andrew's complaints range from Jeremy Paxman to the house sitter next door, and no amount of pleading from his wife Alice will calm him down. Series 1 Episode 2Sapphire meets with Ruby, who seems very interested in her relationship with Gulliver, however the young woman does not realise that the journalist is really only after a juicy story. Still disturbed by the phonecall from their daughter in LA the previous evening, Andrew and Alice argue over whether she is overexaggerating the problems that she is having with her husband, Denis. After Paul returns home late yet again, Sara tries to persuade him that she wants to hold a dinner party in order to alleviate the paranoia that she is suffering about him having an affair, but the idea doesn't go down well.
