The outlandish design of the rooms is designed to garner as many social media posts and photos as possible. The hotel’s trip advisor rating has slipped and now a new general manager has been called in to shake things up. He has a background as a global hotelier with 25 years experience, but has he bitten off more than he can chew with the Shankly? Owner Lawrence races against the clock to finish building a new party suite and wants to make a throne toilet. But can it be done before the guest turns up? Guest relations manager Liam looks after Laura, who has come to the hotel to celebrate her divorce. Charley has come for her hen do, organised by her brother. They are very close siblings but are disappointed with the problems in their room. New general manager Damian struggles to please them. Owner Katie calls her staff together to ask them to help her stage a huge party for her twin' fourth birthday.
