Tuan, an ambitious real estate agent, is given just one month to revive an aging theater and save his career. He soon discovers the building is haunted by Nha - an actress who died unjustly and whose soul cannot rest. Using his marketing prowess, Tuan and his partner quickly turn the theater into a sold-out success, but the sudden arrival of Phong - Nha's ex-lover - throws everything into chaos.
