El Espejo de mi Pasado
Juan Rodríguez (Dino López), a man of about 40, goes to the cemetery to place flowers on his sister's and mother's grave. There, he remembers his past. As a young man, he was irresponsible and carefree. His mother, Elena (Ruth Cancho, on the left carrying the basket), was a modest woman who survived by washing clothes for people. His sister, Chaska (Laura Valdivia Huamani), was a fifteen-year-old who dreamed of the traditional party given to girls her age. His father, Armando, was an alcoholic, unemployed, and committed petty thefts to support his addiction and that of his friend.
