In a city submerged by a dam collapse, life continues beneath the waves. Lilly, a daring young woman, takes part in the annual race called The Crossing, where the winner gets the chance to leave the flooded world behind. As she speeds through underwater streets, submerged buildings, and coral-lit alleys, memories resurface: this is no ordinary race.
