‘RAAM: The Reckoning’ is the second documentary in a two part series. After six months of training in the UK, Mark Beaumont and Jonathan Shubert head out to California with their support team to acclimatise and prepare for the race of a lifetime. Their aim: to win the pairs category in the world’s toughest endurance cycling race: the Race Across America. From California to the Maryland Coast, the route spans almost 5000 km and includes over 1700 metres of climbing. We follow them as the pressure to perform builds before the big race.
